I am Tammy Peacock, a Social Worker, and proud mum of three energetic little ones (5,2 and 1).

Before diving into the whirlwind of motherhood, I spent four rewarding years in a London child protection team, honing my skills and gaining invaluable insights into child development and safety.

With a deep understanding of child development and safe sleeping guidance, I'm passionate about helping families navigate the journey of parenthood with confidence. My background in social work has equipped me with the empathy and expertise needed to support parents through the challenges of their children while prioritising their mental health and well-being.

As a certified sleep consultant, I've had the privilege of working directly with many children and families, guiding them towards better sleep. My approach is rooted in gentle techniques (where I focus on personalised bedtime routine, activity levels and feeding). I only use evidence-based strategies, always tailored to meet the unique needs of each family.

Beyond my professional credentials, I'm fueled by a genuine passion for baby sleep and maternal mental health. I understand the profound impact that sleep (or lack thereof) can have on both parents and their children and I'm committed to empowering families to thrive through the transformative journey of early parenthood.

While my days are filled with the joys and chaos of motherhood, I remain dedicated to my work, bridging the gap between theory and practice to create positive change in the lives of families everywhere. Join me on this journey of the ups and downs of parenthood, one night at a time.
